ebay is not the problem. the bad sellers are.

i signed up on ebay back in 1998 and have bought and sold several items, though all non-automotive. i dunno if ebay was gone downhill (i haven't used it for a while), but in 1998-99, people were decent and u could get a good product.

i recommend all buyers and sellers to use an escrow service.

if its the bad sellers on ebay than ebay is tha problem too, they shouldnt be opened to let bad ppl in...so i think there would be no bad crackheads selling bad s**t if there wasnt a place for them to di it

overall my ebay buying experience has been extremely positive and has allowed me to get good s**t considerably cheaper than it would be in a store. Futhermore, sellers are always quick to ship and the only non positive feedback i have ever gotten is when a seller decided to not list the sales tax so i sent him the money, he sent me the product then said he still needs a money order to cover the tax ... after many emails with him he told me to shove it, and then left me neutral feedback, f**k that guy anyway he overcharged me on shipping so that should cover his sales tax loss

i have bought other s**t not related to cars on ebay also.

I wont get as detailed as MELT, but I have bought several parts on ebay, headlight bulbs, front grill, strut tower bar, and I have gotten great prices on them and have always had a great transactions...I recommend ebay

ill put it this way. during my deployedtime in kuwait i have spent about 5 grand on ebay and anothe 3 at online shops. i have worried about the ebay s**t more than the shops when it should be the other way around. landspeedracing.com has been f**king around with some of my orders and im about to go into SUPER a*****e mode with them. but yea, ebay is all on the seller. and i wouldnt know about POS parts, i wont buy used off of there, only new.

99-00 type R grill/ 45 / 98 civic / fits okae as well
99-00 front bumper/ 100 / 98 civic / not OEM standard, my fault for not reading the ad right i guess
h4 bulbs/ 17/ 98 civic / great

also have bought some cloths off ebay, all same in new condition.. you just have to read the ad closley and read the sellers reviews. i wouldnt do a trans withsomeone less than 100 feedbacks and they'd have to atleast have 95% positive

i won a auction for a ek9 cupholder asymbly couple of days ago. hope i dont get ripped off. i won it for $1.25, but shipping is $45 because its from japan. i hate the damn 99-00 cup holder. any cup i put in it, it keeps tipping over. love the ek9 cup holder, my friend has one. its just like the integra, when you press on it, the two cup holder slides out.
