Ya i won a rear bumper for $2.25 and payed 45 for shipping. It was a good condition oem bumper already painted fbp and i payed the guy. Then i get an email sayin it fell out of his truck and his friend ran it over and he gave me a refund. I was liek wtf thats such a f**kin lie, so i gave him negative feedback. Then he does the same sayin eh was nice cus he gave me my money back and said i was a jerk. Then he emailed me sayint he same s**t. ebay you say? i love it and i hate it! where else can you get an aluminum double deck rear wing for under $60?!!?!? You have to be carefull what you buy though, anything electrical (headlights, neons, stereo equipment) i dont recommend purchasing on ebay. for instance my dual halo projector headlamps for my 00 civic si, well, they look great and all but they are a POS. The projector on the driver side is falling out! and ive been through 3 sets of bulbs, not cheap walmart bulbs either, im talkin like $50 bulbs cuz they keep burning them left and right...literally. i bought a type r shift knob too and when i got it, it was obviously used, the polish was worn off of the top and it had scratches and grooves in it. Most anything that comes off of ebay doesnt have instructions either! i only recommend purchasing things off of ebay that are full proof, for instance...a rock or nail.
