there is obviously something wrong with how you're taking care of it.... Do you keep it on a carpet or a high dust area? Do you keep it in a close cabinet where the heat can't escape?

Microsoft should be announcing a slim that will have a complete system overhaul at e3 but at this point its only rumor. But patents and steve balmer slip ups point to it being true.

^^To be honest i still have my Dreamcast & it's awesome, the graphics for that system we're ahead of it's time. simply amazing & a shame to have seen it go. Jet Grind Radio is my Fav game of all time because of it

10 day bump. By the way, if you like RPGs, I suggest playing the Ninety-Nine Nights II (N3:II) demo. I just played it today and had to search high and low to find a copy of the original 2006 game. This s**t is awesome. So much story and diversity plus the ultimate ass kicking carnage that never ends. I picked up N3:I for $9.99 at game stop, just so I could tune up for the second one coming out next month. I usually don't like games like this but hell, try it, you might get hooked like I did.

I tried N3 a few years ago.. I really didn't enjoy it. Played it for a day before it got too repetitive for me.

I'm still on MW2... this game has me hooked.

Anyone else has this issue: my disc wont spin inside the box. Ive opened and closed the tray a million times and tried different games to no luck! I hope my warranty is still good!

I got it. The disc drive or laser is completely toast. Put the game in and can hear a click.

I will be getting the new one as well. I had the same disc drive problems as jeegz. They sent me a new one a few months ago and it's doing it again.

Yeah i got my refurb back last monday from Best buy. And the disc drive has already failed. And Best Buy wont do anything but send it out again for another refurb. I told the store manager to get bent. then emailed their corporate hq in hopes of better help.
