For a "show" car or a track car, I understand. But the gains from a aem v1 and an eBay CAI are going to feel the same.

jg redline sieries head, taht is a p&p, 4 way valve job, new springs valves retainers, also a jg 70mm throttelbody, a cai, skunk 2 intakemainafold, skunk 2 cam, the only one that they make for this car, rc 310 injectors, aem fule pressure reg, msd external coil, msd wires, msd high flow fule pump, any header, skunk 2 cat back, je pistons up to 12:1 crower connecting rods and crank pully kitskunk 2 camgear now that is an awsome motor let me tell you trust me!!!

i do all my shoping on ebay. does the car being automatic make any difference in the parts that i need?
only if you buy an aftermarket intake manifold, you gotta make sure you get one for an automatic (the iac valve is in different locations). Also you might want to consider a different car, because you will get a bad rep for having an automatic... I personally don't care, gotta do what you gotta do.
i know people talk s**t about the automatic, but it was a choice in one way, cuz of wifey. i can drive stick, but so can every1 else. have u ever gotten beat by an automatic honda? dont think u have, but i would wanna be that first guy to do it. more work and more money, but it would be cool. my boy with an automatic accord sittin on chrome 18's spanked a bubble with a gsr motor. don't have video, but saw it personally. u know that bubble guy cried when he got home.

let me look but what it intails in this head is a 4 way valve job port and polish titanium valves reenforced springs new retainers guides. ect... let me find it for you dont tell iamgod because he hates JG but trust me it is the s**t

just do a search for jg engine dynamics on yahoo, it is the 2nd and 3rd ones on the list
