This is my cat. He's a Maine Coone.... probably about 18 lbs. Big cat.

He actually doesn't have a name.... long story...

anyway, he showed up on our back porch one day, leg mangled to hell with muscle tissue exposed. We scooped him up, brought him to the vet... they told us they needed to amputate it. So they amputated the leg. We then found out he has some sort of immune / healing disorder... and a process that was supposed to take 7-10 days took roughly a year... during which his muscle tissue was exposed for most of that time. That makes a long story short... any way, here he is -

my 2 1/2 year old pitbull terrer, pixxi, I picked her out when she was around 6 - 8 weeks old. the day i got to bring her home(few months later) she got it the drivers seat and just wouldnt move so i knew i had picked the right one.
