good idea - I was in an accident when I was 16 ... my back and neck hurt a little bit - no biggy - now Im on meds with constant sharp pains/spasms in my back and neck ftl ... and there is really nothing they can do about it ... they said if I had gone earlier I could have had physical therapy and what not and fixed it ...
