honestly, neither is worth it. big tb's wont help you on a boosted application, the hp gain will be minimal at best. a better im is a better idea. and the i/c water spray is another worthless addition unless you're running a really undersized i/c. then having the cooling spray makes a difference. spend the $$ you would in the tb into tuning or a bigger fmic. for the cost of the nx kit, you can buy a HUGE fmic, along with paying for a very good tune (prices ive seen are around 500 bucks). imo most definitely NOT worth it for a mfgr's claimed 30 hp gain.

Yeah, this is all apart of being to "build the d" as I would 100% agree with you on that. I at least wanted to confirm that what I said above would work..

I wasnt too keen on the water spray, I just happened to come across it and was looking for peoples opionions on whether its legit or not. As far as tuning, I already have everything I need, so no money needs to be spent there. The HUGE FMIC wouldnt really be worth it, as most of it would be covered by the bumper anyways (exactly why I only got the 5"). Also, why would you get a larger manifold, but restrict airflow by keeping the stock throttle body?

Don't forget now, a larger intercooler could mess up the tune or make you loose power. Depends on the car and turbo.
