That oil on the side of the block some what worries me! But maybe it just got spilled on there. Get to cleaning that thing before you powdercoat the vc..sometimes degreasers will mess up the finish on the powder coat. I also have the power steering delete you need if you wanna use an OEM option. Ep3 idler pulley, bracket, and bolts!

^ the power coated valve cover isn't going on until I clean the engine. I'm trying source I donor valve cover now. I also want to have a second valve cover in another color so I can switch it up time to time. As for the oil I notice it as well, it's just build up from what I can see. The previous owner(my boy) doesn't clean his engine bay for nothing.

Well I sent the valve cover off to get powder coated by my man Zack over at zzpowdercoating here in CT. He does some amazing work. I should have it back in a week or two. I also picked up a spare valve cover to put on the block in the mean time for cleaning purposes. I should be getting some stuff in the mail today or tomorrow so I'll have pictures of that. I also got in contact with a engine builder and got my part list all situated so I can start collecting parts for the engine build and I applied to a few jobs so hopefully I can get my cash flow up. Should be having some nice engine update in a few weeks.

Solid progress its addicting modding a k series
Yea I can already notice. I have been so tempted to start buying parts but I am going to wait a while so I can save up some more cash. That way I can buy parts in larger qty's to save money.

Should have some packages today and later this week. I have the K24A4 head with intake manifold up for sale on a local board. I wanted to know if there is anything on the head that would be beneficial for me to keep for the build. So far the only thing I can see that is worth keeping is the vacuum hose on the intake manifold as it is needed if I use a RCB intake manifold. LMK soon if anyone has any insight on this as I already have a potential buyer.

So I have decided to not run a oil cooler for the simple fact that I don't think I'm going to benefit from it. You don't see people putting oil cooler on there b series unless its a fully built turbo monster or a fully dedicated track car. And I'm not gonna be making serious power so I'm not going that route and it saves some money. Plus if the tsx doesn't come with one stock I don't see the need to have one. I have pictures of some stuff later on today.

Well here's my little update lol

Thanks to B18ctrb I was able to trade him the folding mirrors I had which were for a 4dr for a pair of folding mirrors for 2/3dr. They are manual folding power adjusting like I wanted and if I want power folding I can just get some motors for them later.

Fresh lower control arm bolts for the rear.
