137 in a 94 ex auto coupe with a vtec d16(not sure if y8 or z6 ) had a chipped ecu true aem cold air intake and lucky me my state has no emmisons test so no cat with 2.5 in exact and a 3 in magnaflow muffler o and the guy who had it before me decided it would be a good idea to wire vtec up to always be on so bye bye all gas mileage and before 2 long bye bye head

what kind of rims.. tires? suspension? im guessing stock or close to it since you mentioned everything else..traveling that speed in an econobox civic is far from safe without some pretty significant modifications..

I think ive gone maybe 100mph in my forester. Even though I have z rated tires, and its 300hp, I don't think a box is supposed to go that fast. So I don't really speed all that much.
