Trouble starting please help

Ok I just looked at a couple older threads about cars having a similar problem like mine. It appears I just need to clean my iacv but, the cel lights up after the car starts but goes away after the car is off and back to the on position. Could the iacv do this? Btw the motor is an ls/v in a 96 civic with a stock p28 ecu. Thanks

You haven't given a clear description of the problem. Does the engine have a low idle problem?

Because I can't get the code, it keeps clearing. No low idle, at this point it's just running rich and stumbles on start up

Try jumping the service connector (blue) underneath the dash on the passenger side.

Ok I'll try that. Just came out here to check on the harness and then I started the car and it had problems, no cel. Idk I figured a plug was coming loose or not getting a good connection

When the CEL turns on while driving, pull over and leave the engine running when you jump the service connector.
