Another question. What were your measurements for the size of the bottom panels. I want to do this, well wanted too for a long time. I just don't know where to start. If you could let me know how wide your center section is?

I went to my local audio store and asked if i could buy some of their audio/auto carpet and they sold me 2 yards for 26 bucks

For the center section, i used the OEM floorboard as a template on the MDF. Then for the side pieces, I used brown shipping paper to get the contour of the outer sections by pressing it in and running a perm. marker around the contour.

looks good dude, my buddies and i make custom sub boxes. its pretty fun, and the outcome is always SO much better than just having a rectangle box sitting in your trunk. heres some of the ones we've done

But on the amps, or w/e they are, why didnt you point them the other way to have the wires tucked towards the back seat so they wouldnt be seen? Just curious, otherwise looks GREAT..

those are nice, but i like mine just the way it is since the box was preloaded from JL and saves me the work of redesigning everythign and i get to keep my spare

and i agree, why didnt he hide the wires for the amps?
