this just popped into my head about 5 mins ago. the question is does weather effect a tune? lets say a car gets tuned at like 90F degrees with lots of humidity. will the air/fuel ratio be different at around 30F? would you have to get it retuned?

There are correction factors in the ecu that compensate for air temperature and other things that would affect the tune.

Usually if you keep stock injectors the corrections will be relatively close to where they need to be. But if you are running much larger injectors then the car will need monitored at different temperature levels to get them worked out.

so what if a car gets tuned at like 65 degrees. will it be ok at like 95 or will it run rich or lean?

if you are running the stock injectors the ecu should compensate enough and you'll be fine. What mods do you have?

Highly modified turbo cars + temperature/alltitude change = bad.
not really, as long as they kept there o2 sensors it shouldnt be very different

The o2 sensor has absolutely nothing to do with wide open throttle driving, where it would be most important.

The corrections should be similar with altitude changes. This is where having a wideband in the car permanently is a very good idea.
