so say you run about 6-8 psi boost, you could be pumping out some serious hp, like over 200 at the wheels? or am i way off. 'cuz a turbo should give you about a 50% increase at that boost setting right? i know a jackson supercharger is supose to give you 40% so a turbo can give more than that you would think.

Yes that is very low.... unless he was refering to kilowatts again, and if so then 100 maybe in the ball park.
As far as HP goes, somewhere around 130+ at the wheels is the norm for a USDM b16a. You would have NO problem getting 160 at the wheels with a turbo.. hell you could get that going n/a without too terribley much effort.
Just so you know... for a honda about 15-17% of ur HP is lossed through a manual tranny drive train. It's about 20-25% for an auto... probably why autos suck

i think that the vortech supercharger is more like a turdbo than a supercharger....when you think supercharger you think off idle responce. that isnt the case with the vortech. it does give boost off idle but it doesnt really start to build till vtec.....look at some dyno charts and youll see what i mean.
