2.5" is too big even. 2.25" is the correct sizing for up to 250bhp, then jump up to 2.5" until 350ish, and then 3" for over that.

i have corky bell's book, but i haven't gotten around to reading it yet.

WOW.....very nice car man. I'm seriously considering boosting my car cause my parents won't let me buy a sport bike 
(owned). I think the little car guy in my head is secretly making me build a boost ready car. He made me get an ACT clutch to replace my stock one cause of a bad throwout bearing

nice TQ!!! dont worry about upgrading to 3" exhaust... 2.5" is PLENTY big for that kind of power.
