I didnt know they were knockoffs, and they werent cheap lol. The real deal is the same price minus shipping since it costs over $100 in shipping from australia.
I didnt realize i got ripped off until i tried to put them on. Oh well. Sucks to be me.
They wouldve worked good enough for what i need. But no biggie. I got the wheels i want. Well the knockoff versions so im content for now...

Ordered a well needed part for the engine bay from summit racing. Should be here mid next week.

Ive decided imma blow $1000 of my tax return and get some things for the truck i cant bring myself to spend money on...
So as soon as tax money shows up i will be ordering some stuff from Japan!

I think people are just getting bored of the build thinking it will never be finished.
No worries. It will be done one day. But i do have big updates as soon as parts start arriving.

im so old school i was bored of this build before it was even conceptualized. but now i think that its the only reason i log on here, that and the slim chance alex might eventually lose her moral compass and post nudes.

Ya i need to email the guy on the wheels. He said he would refund me money and throw in free lug nuts since they were on backorder but i havent heard anything from him.
I ordered a flexalite fan setup that fits my radiator and has a built in shroud.
I have a lot of stuff i need to put up for sale like my old electric fans i was gonna use... Ugh. Not enough time in the day...

The knockoff thing bothers me because i swore i would never buy knockoff wheels. But for a truck that just sits i couldnt see spending the type of money on wheels for legit wheels. I need to see if imma like this style since ive never seen them on a bagged truck before. The wheels are on backorder so its not like im getting ripped off. A couple emails should sort it all out.
He was expecting a shipment on the 28th and said he would let me know when they arrived. Its on ebay so im not too awful worried about it.
The thing that gets me is if i was an ebay seller then i wouldnt list an item that i didnt have in my possession or was in stock in the warehouse. You are just asking for problems sellung outside of your stock. But it is what it is. As soon as they arrive ill go have some tires stretched onto them and mounted up.
Well maybe considering im still waiting on my control arms and cant put wheels and tires on until i get those. So right now its just a waiting game.
Oh and i know people look and dont post. I was just having an emo kid moment.
