haha i got u good u f**ker!

i knew that would get ur ass in here!!!

nope not done. mocking up turbo mani tomorrow and taking a trip to the metal store hehe.

gonna string out the harness and get it ran crudely through the firewall. i sitll have to cut the firewall and tub it in around the engine. i started putting parts back on. i started with the IM and the TB and intake piping. still gotta hook up injectors and sort the wiring out like i said, but it goes back togteher pretty fast.

my garage is a mess right now. i picked up a 79 superbeetle that imma fix and paint and all that jazz and give to my mom, but right now it is just sitting in the garage. i am going to get it on a trailer and out to my in laws this weekend so i can have more room. then while i am waiting on parts and s**t imma body drop it the reast of the way to the doors if time permits.

things are coming together, but im getting scared to death of this wiring. everytime i look at it it scares me more and more, plus trying to hide everything is going to be a pain. i might just get it running and drive it this summer and tuck it and paint it next winter. i havent fully decided yet, but i am getting really excited about this build again. it is killing me having a dirty ass oily engine in my bay and i cant wait to get it together so i can scrub it good and get her shining up!

ive been looking for a decent fmic and will prolly just go with a pretty cheap one off of ebay for now, but im torn on those also, so if anyone has anything lying around that would be great as long as i dont have to run my top mount ill be happy.

well, its getting closer to running. put all the new wheels on and laid it back flat on the ground.

laid out all of the wiring in the driveway and go the courage to start wiring it up crudely to get it running.

still havent gotten my buddy over here to start on the turbo mani yet which is driving me nuts since its and integral part of this build, but thats another story...

on to the updates

found all my ecu plugs and ran them through the firewall and the driver side through the window for now..

the nice thing is is that i am not running a heater or any other nuisances in the cab besides temp, speedo, tach and a couple other things, so most of this wiring will be going bye bye(thank god).

for now i am just plugging everything back in good enough to get it running then i will worry about tucking the wires and getting rid of the wiring i dont need. right no its a pain in the ass going through every part and finding the plug for it and labeling what it goes to like i should have done when i tore it apart. but eh, i was in a hurry...

u live and learn...

it looks alot scarier than it actually is. just time consuming... lots of beer, but if people would stop calling me and texting me i would be a lot happier lol..

wiring laid out and trying to find where all the plugs go. i wont need a lot of this under the hood either and then i have to splice into a lot of stuff from the truck, so this should be the fun part. also inding places to tuck all this s**t will be fun too...

the only bling on the truck right now lol. drives me crazy to put a dirty ass engine in, but gotta make sure it runs and everything works like it should before i pull it out and detail it up. possible rebuild still also..

just a random shot now since i have room in the garage with the vw gone..
i actually like these caddy wheels. they look good tucked, maybe even better than the 18's...

and just a cool shot. gotta show some honda love..

well hopefully i get back out in the garage today. money is kinda tight right now. im starrting my new job monday(yay no more f**king coal mining), so hopefully the funds start rolling in ad i sell some more parts!

enjoy the updates. maybe more tonight or tomorrow. happy mothers day girls :D

ya coal mining pay was good for a 40 hour week, but u just cant make any money working 40 hours imo.

i made about 60k last year coal mining which didnt even compare to what i was making in the oilfield before i got laid off.

i will work quite a bit more, but its easier work and safer and pays about double per year.

plus the mine was a great schedule, but like i said 40 hours(4 ten hour shifts) and then i had a 2 hour commute each way that i didnt get paid for plus the shifts alternated and family time was nil and i was always tired and crabby...

so ya, hopefully the money starts flowing here soon ad i can dump some money into quality parts rather than just piecing this build togtther just to get it running...

only time will tel, but i wanna drive this f**ken truck sooooo bad u have no idea..

Good luck on the new job bro, I'm excited to see this finished as Mazda is my original roots, love the B-series trucks, my first and second car was a Probe and an MX6 so I know all about the KL/BP/F2T motors and all that crap I wish I could forget LOL.
