d series can and will (already been done) hold 300+ whp. thats a full build though.b16_delslow said:all very good points. and you are right about the price difference. but if you dont want to blow your motor your gonna want a new ECU and a professional dyno tune. it would be a little more expensive but when you get done turboing that d series what are you gonna do next to add power. when you finish the swap youll make almost the same power as the turbo d but be NA. leaving the potential for a turbo in the future and being much faster than you will ever be in a d series. if your happy at 200hp and below though then go for it. this is only my advice.
