Turbo upgrade: SC61 or 6262??????

Ok so i lied still debating on either .63 or .82 a/r but read by 1 of the guys on here that with the .63 u dont get much hp every lb u turn up the boost, therefore not to waste the time with the .63a/r. And is there anything really noticable (power wise) between the E cover and the S cover???

Going journal bearing. Just to mess things up a bit. Talked to Rolo the owner of cft n he said he can get a better deal on a turbonetics turbo that will have the billet wheel on the compressor side n a lil bit bigger shaft that will get me the same power goals for 795$ instead of 850 which was the cheapest I found the 6262 for, but I'm still kinda sketchy since I really don't hear about anyone running turbonetics turboes anymore......
