Got the car tune Yesterday, Not to happy with the results

Was Told i got a BAD Turbo, that's what I get for buying a USED turbo....I could of made more but didn't want to blow the turbo and i was only running 2"1/4 exhaust pipping...
When the turbo goes, i'll get it rebuild and get e-cutout and do a Retune...But this thing still RIPS!!
