Unsure on how to raise suspension.

I want to know how to raise my suspension. I posted up some pictures below to see what Im talking about. We tried lifting the car and turning the the knob with the tool it but it wouldn't turn.

well, first, i dont think u need two threads for the same topic, but atleast u put it in the right section...

and u probably have to spray some penetrating lube on there like wd40 or something and let it sit. then just spin them with the spanner wrench...
