The black part is his core support aka radiator support. It has to be bolted and spot welded on. You can buy pretty much any replacement parts for your car.

JDMRice: i know, it holds up fantastic\1i tempered the metal to make it stronger. i bought mine befor emy friend got one on his lude, and that s**t wint to hell within 2 months. mine, still holding 10 psi, his went out on 6-9 psi
