Various lights, Legal or Illegal?

DOES anyone know if they are legal in Canada, specifically Toronto, Ontario.

Beleive me, clubcivic in general has been useful to me in many ways. So I got nothing against anyone in clubcivic. However, if i'm wrong about something then maybe telling me what to do and not leave a smart ass comment would be better. As for American's and Canadians, for the love of god there really is no damn difference between you guys and us...if you guys don't beleive that then seriously come over to Toronto and see for yourself. So that's not a topic of discussion because to me you guys are the same.

Basically, I don't need to respect people who need to swear for absolutely no reason. Other than that, trust me i'm as easy going as you think.

underglow is illegal in canada when your driving.. and the turn lights can be white or amber.. The only colors visible when looking at a car head on can be red or white..The back has to be white red or amber.. Or clear but when the signaal is activated there has to be a red or amber coming throught.. Nice ride..

underbody neons are legal as long as you cannot see the neon tubes. as far as i know you can use both red and blue underbody neons. the thing about red and blue neons i believe has to do with undercover cops with the little flasher on the dash and some people having neons up on their dash's.
