This user sent a payment via paypal on 2/21. It was an instant payment so it was cleared right away and funds were available on my side. So the item shipped 2/23.

Today I received an email that the payment was reversed.

I sent him an email in regaurds to this, but everyone needs to know incase he tries to buy anything from anyone else.

Thanks for the warning, you file a paypal dispute? im sure you know how to handle this though

As a seller you can't file a dispute.

But I replied to the email from paypal letting them know that the product was shipped out and there's no way to cancel the shipping.


His paypal account is not verified- but the payment went through instantly. So either A- he called his bank and reversed it. Or B- he didn't have enough on his credit/debit and it got reversed.


Like I said, not trying to make any sort of claims, but only one of those things couldve happened. I don't see how it's possible to overdraw on a 15$ item, but at he same time I don't see how you can go through the hassel of reversing a charge and trying to beat someone over fifteen bucks either.

Doesn't make sense. Hopefully he gets it sorted out. I've collected a good bit of info on him, and he will be put on blast.

Paypal is asking for proof that we shipped the item. So it appears HE reversed the charges.


So beware of this character.


Still haven't gotten an email back from him, so I'm pretty confident he knows what he did, and he did it intentionally.

Paypal dispute is over- we got our money.


But it's very clear that he opened the dispute, and reversed the charges!


Beware.

And it's always good to keep very accurate records!

I've never once had a payment reversed because of the method of payment. I've used prepaid debit cards, unemployment debit card, ect.

If the funds weren't available it wouldn't have gone through in the first place.

He sure does post an awful lot on facebook for not having a computer. And had several posts that were AFTER I sent him the email, and he was even on the forum AFTER I sent the email.

No he legit doesn't have a computer he uses his phone to go on facebook.. I don't know what to tell you. I paid for mine out right with no problem and he thought the same would happen with his. But something happened
