Plain and simple- he reversed the payment. No big deal, as I always have proof of sending out my orders to people. So I got my money. Just wanted everyone else to be aware of this characters "weird situation"


You can use your "cash allowance" from EBT card for paypal payment. There's absolutely NO valid excuse for what happened.

A payment does NOT get REVERSED unless YOU reverse it.
