hmm...i dont have a ac bracket so im not worried about that......whats that D logo flange do??? just make it stick out a little?
ya, it will push it away from the block a bit. i wouldnt get the logo though, you have to order them in 3's, plus there are cheaper ones out there.

do you have a spare motor you can mock it up on?

you would need longer studs to use a spacer right?, and it might hit the rad.
have you test fit it yet? it might not fit, peopel run t3s with HFs all the time.

correct. the people around here that use hf use an adaptor plate thats really long and angles away from the block. i dont know where the hell they get them but ive seen a couple.

its just a flange for a DIY turbo mani, but what im affried if he gets it, the turbo will hit his radiator. plus he will need to install longer studs.

and i woudl also reccomnet port matchign that HF mani and the flange if you get it, but still do the HF mani, espcially if your goign above around 7psi

get a del sol dual core half rad.

port match is you get teh D16a1 exhaust gasket, lay it on top of the manifold, take a marker, color the metel you see inside the exhaust ports , and get a die grinder, port match.

i have a horribly complicated idea. turn the turbo around on the manifold. problem solved.
I agree, unless you want to change either the turbo or the wastegate, i think this will be your best bet. The only thing affected will be our downpipe and a little bit of chargepiping. with the half rad it should fit perfectly :D
