if you're not using an electronic boost controller just completly remove the fitting.

why is that? hes using a manual one.

i dont understand why if hes using a manual one he has to remove it, how else would a manual controler be hooked up?

someone please explain that for me please, im confused now lol.

theres 2 fitting on the wastegate one on each side of the diaphragm.

a manual boost controller only needs the lower one. it just limits how much pressure is going to the wastegate. the electronic one uses both fittings with a solenoid that shifts back and forth to equalize pressure and hold a steady boost plot.

so if you are running a manual boost controller just remove the fitting entirely and you shouldnt have any problems.
