A lot of ebayers do this method. Because E-bay charges a percent of the price of the item, people will sell their items at a low price and charge the rest on shipping. This is because e-bay doesnt charge percent on shipping cost. Therefore that listing will only be charged as a $5.00 item rather than a $27.00 item.....
