So my doctors office stopped taking my insurance. Grrreaattt.. now I get to look for another doctor. I was supposed to go for a follow up today but obviously that didn't happen. I've still got a cough, congestion, and a ton of fluid in my left ear. All I want to know, is if I'm at risk for rupturing my left ear drum from the pressure of the fluid, because that's exactly what happened to my right one back in middle school.

Other than that exciting news, I had to get some new work shoes. I'll post up some pics later. Went with some skechers steel toed SHOES, not boots. My new job involves a lot of crawling so I'm not trying to fool with boots right now. These shoes have memory foam insoles too, hope they work. 12 hour shifts averaging 7 miles on a concrete floor... I need em lol

Eating panda express for lunch right now, about to call up some more doctors offices.

If you had just taken me in and been my new daddy, like I asked forever ago, I wouldn't be in this mess ;)

Lol but for real man, thank you.

My buddy who has been sober for 2 years started drinking again, we've been staying out WAY too late and frankly I feel I'm too old for that s**t.

Saw Ted 2 last night, I wouldn't say it is better than the first one but it's every bit as good.

s**t yeah, got out of a speed camera ticket the bf got in my name =)

In dc it doesn't matter who was driving cause it automatically goes to the registered owner, but I guess I hit them with enough arguments that they just gave in (I was at the max word count with like five separate arguments against it, pretty feasible ones too although if they had watched the video of it it would have definitely ruled out one of them)

I'm pretty f**king ecstatic over this, I really didn't think I'd be able to beat it (and without even going to an actual court room at that)

Damn, hopefully all turns out well dude! I have steel toe shoes for work too, and I work in an office... I was given a $75 credit at work to get shoes at a shoe truck that came by. Turns out these shoes cost $76.xx so I got them for a little over a buck. I've gotten quite used to them too -- they're my daily shoe. Only thing is that running is a little heavier lol.

I bet ive been pulled over well over 100 times. Sometimes 3 times a day on a daily basis when i had my orange hatch :rolf:
Haha it's funny that how frequently you get pulled over seems like it almost totally depends on the car itself

Back when we used to drive around in a shitty looking 92 celica (god I loved that little winking shitmobile though) we'd literally get pulled over at least twice a week, for random things including 'sticking out like a sore thumb' on two separate occasions (and that is a direct quote), and every time we got pulled over they searched the vehicle VERY thoroughly (although really that was usually why they pulled us over to begin with, a bullshit excuse to search a sketchy looking car haha)

When that thing finally went to the junkyard and we started driving a van we didn't get pulled over a single time in the couple years we used it, and even in the black civic that came after the van (a lot nicer looking than the celica although it turned out to be even crappier mechanically speaking - actually that's the car in my blurry ass profile pic) we only got pulled over maybe twice, for rolling through a stop sign and speeding in the park (no searches and both were verbal warnings)

I mean clearly how you drive plays a major part, but appearance plays a way bigger part than I would've suspected before that dumpy little celica

Also, I like how female cops are almost exclusively total bitches

I've definitely met exceptions to that (actually only one that I can think of but she was pretty cool), but good lord it's like the bulk of them are trying to make up for feeling insecure or feeling like they're not taken seriously enough by being as much of a bitchy hardass as they possibly can

That's a damn good track record though =)

Lol let me hear the story on the too fast for conditions ticket
What a load of horseshit

Ok, so at the end of Whitehead St & Front St in Key West, there's a triangle
I was coming from Duval down Front to park and stop at my moms gallery
Saw a female cop issuing a ticket to a red motorcycle
Drove by them looking for parking at *maybe* 10-15mph
It's always packed with tourists around there, can't speed
So I go around this triangle onto Greene and heard the cop yell
wtf? let's go see what she wants (sounded pissed)
So I go back and she yells at me to pull to the side
Start to get out and she freaked
Told me to stay in, yada yada yada
Ended up lecturing me about my speed (what speed?)
And got hit with "too fast for conditions" because she had no f**king clue how slow I was going
But thanks to the Invidia exhaust + yellow sports car = motherfucker, you were speeding.

Also, I like how female cops are almost exclusively total bitches
See above.

Although I have met a couple cool ones
Including one that helped me out when she was KWPD, and later downgraded my speed when she caught me after converting back to FHP to save me points & money

I can remember just about any stop. Almost.
Including an FHP guy that pulled me over in my POS green 96 DX Hatch (lawl) and we ended up talking about how modding cars are to get pussy (his words, not mine)

Even more f**ked up that she gave you a ticket even after you went back to see what the problem was, you could have just as easily left and she should have known that.

What a b***h [emoji38]
