Did see Magnus Walker but he was too busy getting caught up in photos & signing stuff. Was going to ask him how he deals with constantly being mobbed if I saw him later but that didn't happen.

Did a final walk-through of the house before writing the final offer
Ran down to Key Largo
Got a call about helping out someone with their listing to get it moving, so I'll see how that goes this weekend
Sold one of my brothers vehicles + sounded interested in another vehicle as well
Might have a buyer coming Thursday for my 10's & box

Cut down a 28" red oak tree, bucked about half of it and split maybe a quarter of it. Lots of wood left in it. The first maybe 1/8th of the tree was rotten in the middle, but everything after that was perfectly good.

The importance of torquing down everything properly is important. I did what you did once, except with a wheel.

Surprisingly enough, nope. Just shitty thin Chinese metal. Don't get me wrong, we rode that thing hard, but any name brand four wheeler would have took the abuse.
