A polygraph to be a firefighter?!Got the email today. They extended a job offer!I made the cut.
Now I've got to successfully complete the polygraph, psych evaluation, and a physical.

Pretty sure all first responders have to do that sequence.
Going to have to do all that when I reactivate my FHP application. Start training on Monday for the physical bits aka mainly just getting my endurance back up as they run about 5mi/day for 7mos.

Two car shows and a round of golf coming up this weekend. Wanted to autocross but I haven't had time to fix a few things on the RSX. Front and rear end links and a cracked bushing somewhere making a noise. And I need to do my oil.
Side note, almost got hit by a Ferrari last night. I was stopped. He came flying into the parking lot and didn't see me at first. Asian.

Worked on the basement. Working on moving photos from Photobucket and changing the links.
Got a new battery yesterday
Got some car cleaning s**t today
Should be washing the car for tomorrow's trip to Key West
But I just don't care enough right now
Also...
Saw a car run over a raccoon last night and the little furball started to sit up
Except...I didn't see it in time and just as it clicked what it was, I slammed into it
Got home and it was still breathing somehow
So as of right now he's outside by the Civic but left front ankle/something is broken and his foot is limp
Drank water but won't touch the bread I gave it. Debating whether to have a vet friend take it off my hands, take it back to where I hit it in case family is nearby (youngin') or just try to feed/water it until it heals enough to leave on its own

I'd give it to your vet friend or call animal control and let them take care of it tbh. How's the car though lol
Car is relatively fine
Broke the lip in a new place & busted the 2 or 3 tiny clips on bottom of grille & then I had to bust the top 3 to get grille out to get coon out

Went Geocaching. Found one, then rain. Found out the one I hid has gone missing. Gotta get that replaced.
Went to get beer, drove passed a tipped over trailer carrying a lot of stones earlier...

Swam at Bahia Honda for a couple hours
Almost walked onto a stingray or mantaray
Watched shitty sunset
Sat in more traffic thanks to looky loos
Went with my EM1-driving ex

Had the polygraph this morning, 3 hours of being interrogated by a special agent at the GBI.
I passed the polygraph, meaning I told the truth and they know everything about me that they want to know.
Just waiting for an email to do the 4 hour psych eval next week.
