I have an excuse. I have a horrible memory.
No but he got pretty upset. I told him we could be friends and he was like "No, all or nothing". So I said fine and about an hour into the conversation he changed his mind to "Okay, I'll wait for you".
No idea how it happened.lol run away. the friend zone is a horrible place to be. that;s why i;m staying right outside puma's friend zone. so when she finds herself back on the market i;ll be able to pounce from the shadows like a gazelle! keen on seeking out retribution for all the years of being scared off by big cats.

went to a subie meet with my buddy, he had no one to go with so i said id tag along. felt like a fish outta water. had about 40 cars there, now im trying to get him to go to honda day with me, but hell will freeze over before that happens

she was selfish and didn't truly love you... though i'm sure you figured that out already.
in that case, please be up-front about the situation and wanting nothing more than a short-term relationship to potential partners. it's not nice at all to string someone along and play with their emotions. i've been on both ends of it, and being 100% honest up front and all of the time is certainly best.

Yup. A month after we broke up I basically said I felt used and I haven't heard from her since. Removed me and all my friends from FB. Real mature.
No I am. That's what I meant by giving that guy "the boot". I'm not ready for a relationship at all and I'm a lot happier just being with my friends and family. I told him that last night before we got more serious. Because he was pretty serious about it very quickly. He did not and still doesn't undertand why.

That's how I felt after I dumped my recent ex. And honestly I did the same thing, deleted AND blocked him on FB. Kept his number just to make sure I knew it was him if he were to ever contact me. But the relationship I was in was baaaaaad. Sometimes it's just easier for us to move on if we just completely delete the person from our lives. That was the best way for me.We've been broken up for 6 months and he's still blocked.

We knew each other for over 3 years before we dated for about a month and a half. I haven't tried to contact her but I did see what she got back with her ex that cheater on her. I am also still friends with her little sister on FB as well. I set most of my stuff to Friends Only so oh well. Its not like I will go out of my way to block her. I haven't tried to contact her. The part I am most bitter about is the last time I saw her was the night of my birthday after she left my house and broke up with me a week later over text.I'm not sure what happened but I'll take your guys' word for it. A break up over text? People are getting lame these days. A few weeks ago someone proposed to someone live over the radio. I mean yeah it sounded cute at the time but I think it's totally lame. I think texting is getting overboard. What's wrong with a phone call? I mean when you're at work or out I understand. But texting 24/7 is just bizarre to me. I'm old fashioned. I'd rather be face to face or talk on the phone.
I did everything I could to block my ex. We ended badly and I just wanted to shut her out. Funny though, like 4 years later, she purposely goes out of her way to talk to me and hang out with me and a friend (she had a boyfriend at that time too). And she wanted to meet up to talk about stuff and sort of "find closure" due to how we ended. I thought she had changed. But then she got my friend drunk, cornered her and interrogated her about me and us as friends (since she's best friends with my ex too). And that's when I knew she hadn't changed at all. She's tried getting her to stop being friends with me and my friend said nope not happening. luls
