Kia's have come a long way. Same with Hyundai. It seems like everyone still pictures them being a crappy company since...well...their cars were never really appealing to buy. But I'd drive a new one of either today. They're nice.
I took a boring as hell 4-hour class at work then worked another hour. I played tennis and basketball for a couple hours yesterday then ran a mile and I'm paying for it today. It hurts to go up stairs, sit down, get up from sitting down...ugh. If I sit/stand still, I'm fine lol.

i agree, kias, have come a long way. they look pretty good, but they're still cheaply built in my opinion. my buddy has a 2011 optima and its nicely designed an all, but the entire car is built with cheap materials. even the door handles are made from cheap plastic.

I am going to march out into the garage and take pictures of the hatchies. Then I shall post them on FB, get zero comments on them and be a sad panda. No 10 sec 1/4 mile car deserves to be sitting in a garage.

I'm unbelievably out of shape. I don't work out. I never have, at least consistently enough for it to make a difference. I've ran here and there, a couple times over the past many years.
Did you not attempt yoga stretches before any physical activity?
