Picked up three racks of ribs, freezing one for tomorrow. Doing a Memphis dry rub on one, then the wet rack is getting a rub plus southern style sauce w/cherry. Smoked with applewood.

Everything in life is preference. The ribs should be good, made all the rubs and sauce from scratch. I watch BBQ pitmasters all the time.

Yeah it sounds good. I work in a barbecue restaurant so I love playing around with different rubs at home. My work keeps it too simple for my tastes.
