Had a pretty shitty friday night. Got off work and had to take my son to the doctor. He has the flu for the 2nd time this winter. So ive just been sitting at home tonight.

So went to the dr , said that I have add pretty bad, and I have depression.. He started me on a antidepressant. And to come back In about 3 weeks to see if they are helping. Also wants me to do counciling and stuff. Gonna be a long road but maybe things will work out...

Not a lot of people know this about me but I had a lot of psych issues in middle school, moved to a new school, new area, didn't know anyone, didn't know how to make friends, so I became depressed, developed all types of anxiety issues, etc, and nothing helped more than the psych I saw. And marijuana, but that's beside the point. Professional help works! It's their jobs to be help you through your tough ties. You're on the right track and you know you have plenty of people on here that would love to talk to you if you need to. I know this must be hard for you, but you seem motivated enough to get yourself some help and that's a big step. What kind of issues were you having to think you had add if you dont mind me asking? I think that might be some of my problem
Yeah I have the problem with thoughts and I constantly have to be doing something. I also have a problem being tired all the time for some reason even if I get plenty of sleep. But have no insurance to be able to see a doctor about anything
