I haven't reported it yet but ill be on my way. The guy had the vins sanded off and is using a "dmv" paper from 1999 to "prove" its not stolen. I went to the place where he supposedly got it from and the guy said he has never seen that car in his life and doesn't accept cars. the guy selling told me he knew a guy that could "hook it up" with a new vin and paperwork and registration. Doesn't take a genious to know
And the price is also kind of a give away.
$20 the car isn't stolen and the kid just overreacted
