What can I do to get more power from my D16Y7?

So since this my daily driver what can I do to get more power. Again I'm new to the honda world so any insight is good. I've seen something on swapping to a y8 manifold and something about a head as well how much power can I get from each and together and what else can I do to get more horses?

Without boost, you're not going to get much power out of a D16Y7. Turbo or motor swap are your best bet. A mini-me swap is pretty much like bolting on 30hp and you get the all-mighty vtaks, but I did that and after a few months I got bored of that and was still left disappointed.
