I think it's because of the back not being lowered, so the front bumper's lip in angled down, so it got caught into the lift...
That's why for me I don't want to lower it anymore.i like the lamps. good start. good luck with it.

Nice!..i used 2 have VL's...by far the civic has made me happier then the vl did lol...Too old and yeh the civic is heaps nicer then the vl's
It's a work in progress. Looks good. The only thing bad i can say, which is a personal preference, is the red wire covers and the muffler. But, hey it's your car do what you want. By the way where did you get your headlights from? I'm a big fan of those as well.
Hey man Just do what YOU like with your car and you'll end up happy if your tastes change than you can always go back and switch stuff out I like the Halos, Was looking at them myself but I really like amber corners and the 2 piece headlights so those are kinda out of the question for me GL with your build hope to see updates.

rotas are way to played out, everyone want rotas and cars that look the same, i personaly want to be able to pick my civic out in a parking lot full of black ex's without trying my key and peeking into the window of every one.
anyone who posts this is completely ignorant. clearly this didnt happen while driving around town or driving to work. whoever did that was probably acting like an ass and slammed a curb or got hit in an accident. in this case that would happen to any wheel. my buddy has a mustang with shelby wheels and he got slammed in the driver side quarter panel by a dodge ram and his rear driver side wheel looked just like that after the accident. i can't stand when people post this up it means absolutely nothing.SUuuuuREeeeee

when I look at cars today they ALL have black rims, w/ or w/o the chrome edge... I see they either have no contrast in color or there's no ingenuity in what people do with their cars... Everyone's car is the same whether it be a Civic... or a VW... they all have the same contrast... they all have the same crap... the same way. I may see cars in different colors, but the rims usually are just black with the break caliper in a different color to either match the body. Where's the Mechanical (Detail of the car that says what it is itself) look of a car? Where's the sharpness? I'm not seeing it anywhere... LAAAAAAAAAAAAAME
Anytime I see a car with black rims on it, I looks rather tacky (to me anyways) to see a car look like it has some stock black steel rims on it, and yet the rest of the car is the same color.... no contrast what so ever. It just seems like there's no imagination involved.
My build will consist of a clean, sharp style. Whenever I get the chance I'll go and get my engine bay cleaned, I want a new valve cover, preferably a black top. I'm going to keep it simple. I also need to get my rust fixed, and of course the paint job. This is my daily car... so it's really hard to work on my car.
The motor's a bit cleaner then the first picture, but it still has a ways to go.
BTW... I'm curious what the extra red wire from my battery is for?... is it for the ignition? I know that my brother has one, but his had a fuse on his line.
This is the rust that bothers me the most, it's on my rear left wheel well where ALL Honda's love to start.
The kid before apparently has a ricer wing on the car... lol
This is new, but the primer needs to get cared for before rust starts... the car apparently was in an accident and they decided to entirely change the rear quarter panel, I'm surprised they even did that much.
What the hell is this?! honestly, what do they go to? there's a few grey male connectors behind my glove compartment as well.
As my signature says, I need a cluster that has a gas needle, AND a working tachometer motor. I messed up on putting the tach needle back in, and apparently I dislodged the piece that the needle sits in. The gas needle's medal prong decided to snap when I tried to take it out.
