If you don't mind a little advice on quitting smoking...I quit smoking 6 years ago. How you ask? I quit cold turkey, but the key to my success was I found another vice to take it's place. In my case it was going to the gym. Every time I craved a cigarette I would go to the gym and workout. The First month is the hardest and then it gets a little easier as time goes on. I wish you the best of luck.

Just my .02;)
Yeah you can never go wrong with the gym. Goodluck

Well last year I quit smoking, the year before was fast food, and now I have to find something else? Bah, I hate this holiday. I'll check back in when I think of something constructive.

Bump; almost that time folks!

Me; get my heart condition under control so I can lead a healthier(and hopefully longer) life. That's pretty much it b/c there's a lot to it and weight management is going to be tough with this.

I'm quitting cigarettes. It's been hard since my boy was born, trying to grasp the idea that my health and wellbeing aren't just my problem anymore. If anything were to happen to me, that's his father. I've been smoking off and on for a solid decade now... it's time to quit.

Ew, nasty! GL though. I have a couple of friends that did the shot in the ear thing years ago and it worked instantly.

Quit smoking again and hopefully for good start working out more. Have my car finished and tuned and go to school and make that money allowing for more ink

To use my phone less.
To get a gym membership and start to live healthier then I have been.
To get my project car this year.
And man up and properly ask this girl out.

You're already insanely skinny!

Mine:
- Better financial management
- Take more initiative
- Work out. I want to train for MMA or do some sort of martial arts.

Glad you said it and not me...

I guess I need to add to my resolution. I need to STOP getting involved with young guys. 3 guys in their early 20s; all waste of time. Back to older, more mature, accomplished men for me.

Not really a new years resolution but something I decided on about 2 months ago. I really want to compete in a Tough Mudder competition. This will lead me to start working out more and eating health to get my life turned around which I need to do anyway. The month of November I lost about 25 lbs and I hope to continue that through the new year. Personally I think its a better goal and will keep me more motivated than just saying "Lose weight and get in shape."

My friend is working out to compete in that. She's doing some sort of "Insanity" work out. It's something different every day. She doesn't want to be jacked but she wants to be fit and really toned. I can't wait to see that because she's good lookin and I had a thing for her for a long time :yummy:.
