having a big bore/stroke is not safe. especially have one over 1.9l on a b series. once you are over 1.9 then you have to resleeve the block. having a 2.0 will increase the chance of the block crack. you probably wont even get to 5k miles before the block crack because of the space of the cylinder walls. stroking an engine as much as a 2.0 is only for drag. stroker kits are not cheap at all. they run atleast $3k or more depending on what crank, rods or pistons you want. dont forget that you also have to check the block clearance, head work and clearance. i guessing total would be about $10k or more just for the motor.
