1. I would re-paint the Si in a really nice color (Championship White, etc...), add a bunch of JDM parts/accessories, detail the interior, do a complete tune-up & maintenance ..
2. I would keep the $5k, sell the Si and buy myself a 5th gen (97-01) Prelude or a 6th gen (98-02) Accord EX V6 coupe; I've always liked those cars.
3. swap.. keep the car as a sleeper, so that everyone will think I have a stock Si
4. keep the Si as my daily driver, use the $5k to go on a vacation or save the money$, etc...
