i'm assuming the kit is for a civic and just the turbo was from a 300zx? from the way u listed all your parts it sounded like the whole kit is from a 300
traxx, i'd like to see these pics of tapping the return to the block . . . never seen anyone do that. i'm not knocking u but imo i dont think thats completely necessary.
change your oil regularly (1000 to 1500 miles) and u shouldnt have any oil debris backing up your oil return. honda motors were not originally designed for turbos so i wonder if what u want to do is ideal . . . but eh to each their own. my oil return works just fine. oil pans cost less than blocks if u mess up.
