the funny thing is, ive had people call my clear headlights rice, yet in japan the headlight is exactly the same, clear. so i guess jdm=rice too, but only sometimes. if neons came stock on a civic from the factory, this thread wouldnt even be here.
As with anything else in the modification department, it's in the eye of the beholder. I had some neon under a ranger that I owned and I was very happy about it. It all depends man, do what you feel like!
