I have made plenty of grilles using the mesh and turned out pretty good and i also have a si,type r front abs lip that i took of my ex-wifes car along with the rear lip but the rear is gone now still have the front.

Well, making the grill is no problem... some good, thick, high stregnth wire mesh is going to cost me like $5 from home depot... and I'm already handy with a dremel
But if you know someone that sells Si style ABS plastic front lips for cheap... you could get me a price on them 8)
