Oh yeah... I meant to tell you... I got to drive my friends ZX2 around the other day.... he has CAI, header, full 2 1/2" piping on his exhaust, ported and polished intake manifold (easy to do, since the ZX2's intake manifold is made of ABS Plastic) a few underdrive pullys, and 15" rota sub zeros.... and driving it, I decided two things... one, I am going to get myself a set of 15"s as soon as I can afford it... funny how much the thicker tires do absorb a lot of the little bumps in the road. and two, the engine I put in when I get out of college is going to be B18B w/Vortech Supercharger...
i cant deal with the squeel of superchargers but should be nice! I drove my ex's dads mustang svt cobra with some stuff on it. It was very fast but very annoying (in my mind at least). I got kicked out recently, but im back home. Im broke, i quit my job and wont have one for 2 months, car is still stock. It really sux because i thought my EX had little power, but this engine has nothing! What I wouldnt give for just 20 extra hp and trq... my gf leaves me behind everytime i try to follow her in her explorer =`/. End of my update on Mendoza's life.
2000 Civic Hatch CX Power Nothing with Powerless Engine, but a good car none the less. I still like it, just wish it had more power.

I love my D16Y7... it's never let me down! The only reason I want to change her out for an LS engine is, it's come to my attention that I can no longer keep up with my friends ZX2... he was running 10.5's in the 8th mile, and I was running 11flat, but now he's running 9flat and my Y7 is still at 11flat haha! By the time I'm ready to put the LS in, he'll already have head work done, cams, reprogrammed ECU, and maybe even he'll have had me piece him together a turbo kit by then. (yes, me.... I do all the work on his car for him...)I don't want to go turbo, cause I want the power right off the line... Migs is always talking about getting a jackson racing supercharger, but I dunno bout them...... I don't like the roots style design, and they have a bad reputation for shaking themselves apart.
Yeh the auto tranny sux, my ex was stick going down to auto sucks. Pretty much everything was a downgrade, I can't turn as fast now cuz of the ride height... I might make a short ram from like autozone or sumptin cuz it feels like its lacking something, dont know how to explain the feeling of it. And i know it wouldnt give me a huge increase but maybe if i say it does in my head it will "feel" Faster
BTW anybody has some civic stuff they want to give away...

If/When I do get 15's, I'm probably going with Work RSZ-R's or white Kosei K1's... or maybe 16" Rota Track R'sLizMantis said:

Well my EX had tranny problems so i dumped my 2k that i had saved for a turbo to fix it. The a couple weeks later my engine is making a weird noise and i check everything and come to find out there is no oil. Fill it up but its probably too late, i still hear the noise. So i took it to the dealership to see what i could buy and they traded me my EX for the CX plus 1.5k. The EX had CF Hood, Lowered, Upgraded Sound, some other stuff, and it was manual. College Sucks.
If it would only cost about 100 dollars then of course I would, but I have 0 money, just credit, which i dont want to use.
