Which Header to go with?

get the 4-1 b/c 4-2-1 focuses more on low-mid range

If he gets a good header with some cams and other things he could get aroung 15 out of a header so i think 1 is a lil off like he siad he does not have money for a motor.Also arent you focusing on street course iwht lots of turns and such wouldnt you want bottom and mid range power for that stuff? i have never done it so i wouldnt know.
