avid es 100s???? what are those....you mean AVS ES 100????

as for the 50 series vs 40 series.... with the 50 series you get too much tire roll, the sidewalls arent as stiff. im taking this advice from a 10 yr auto-x vet......

If this is what you really have narrowed it down to, then the ES100s hands down...for the money you cant beat it...I would order them from tirerack.com...they will get you the tires in like 2 days and sometimes over night...sweet

mount/balance?

If you order from tirerack, where's the cheapest place to get them mounted/balanced? Or will they pay a local shop to do it (as I see it's an option on the checkout page) or what? Thanks!

Yokohama Parade Spec 2.
I run snow tires in the winter mainly because snow tires are probably one of my fav. tires to run when you just wanna screw around (but they are not fast nor can they handle high speeds).

Becareful of those yokohama's with no camber kit, if you have the parade spec's they run out REAL QUICK, just to show you guys what i mean this picture was taken only 3 weeks after lowerin my car (w/ no camber). I run my car hard however so it wore them down quicker.

i personally recommend bridgestone pole position so-3 they are the best tire i have ever ridden on, had the yoko parada and thought they where crap, nitto- the way the thread blocks on the neo gens look they arent going to last looks as though they will chop fast, had the 450 and the 555r and thought nothing good could come from them, pole positions are the way to go
