who getting kinect for box 360?

yea isnt the ps3 motion crap another set of controllers like the wii lame.......i didnt know the kinect camera actually swivels if u fall out of its view.thats type bad as$

but there's only one motion sort of game that appeals to me at all, and it's with the move, not kinect.

soooo if you get this would u still need to use a headset for regular games?
if u get this could u do like a picture in picture on your tv and u can c your friends u r playing wit?
