Why type of Cologne do you wear?

I either wear Carbon from Rue 21 or 5W-30, depends on my mood

I switch between Lacoste's Inspiration, Dolce & Gabbana's The One and Katy Perry's Killer Queen. The One is usually my staple go-to perfume.
I usually like Usher's stuff on men or original Curve, but yesterday while I was flipping through Golf Digest I saw a huge ad for Mont Blanc Legend and it just tickled my senses something fierce.

I wear an old school designer thats still around from the 70's.. but not used anymore. I keep it in my car as the day to day cologne.
I get complimented on a regular basis on it. Cant tell my secret scent. But its still around and can be found with a little searching.
I have about 20 others for when i go out. Cologne and watches is what i collect. s**t.. and tshirts.
Hint: theres 2 versions of it. One version is in a dark grey bottle and the other version is a dark brown bottle. No decals or writing on the bottle.

Im a man..Who does things women like in order to get laid..which includes wearing cologne.. IDK maybe its me, but the caliber of women I look at likes a guy to smell like cologne and not AXE. Clean shoes and smelling good are what women look for. Any women in this thread care to share what they look for..?

I usually like a rugged manly man with tattoos that can sling wrenches with the best of them and make me laugh. But shoes? Really? What materialistic hooch has been looking at men's shoes that isn't her own? Remind me to never befriend them...
I have only smelled half of those on your list. My husband use to wear Mambo when we first started dating 1000 years ago. Now he smells like diesel fuel and fish guts.

Well idk about everyone elses location.. but south florida has quite a variety..
i tend to look towards the corporate woman who wears pencil skirts and matching polish. Of course you have to weed thru the rachets, fakes and gold diggers to find someone half ass decent.. Dx civic is from miami too. Im quite sure he can chime in.
This particular class of woman is surrounded by suits 8hrs a day.. so either shes looking for ger own suit or someone classy enough to wear the suit but doesnt. And this is the area i tend to stay in.
Ohh and Connie.. my ex gf was like you.. she liked when i would walk in from the garage dirty from fixing my car. So have you ever been out in a nice bar or decent lounge and seen a guy walk by with some old dirty shoes? Idk maybe ive been brainwashed bt the females in my family.. they told me that fact years ago.

I lived in Jacksonville- Ponte Vedra area 10 years ago. I know a bit about Miami and have been to the area a number of times. I still have friends that live in the area as well as Uncles whom have homes there. I don't think a certain area would base the demographics of such visual effects would be a defining point of wiether you are attacted to someone or not. You are personally either attracted to them instantly or you are not. I'd be more concerned if they had a nice smile, great personality, treated me well and wouldn't leave me for dead somewhere in the everglades. LOL...Hahaha.. don juan..

But I understand the listing of colognes. Between the humidity, perspiring and wearing suits, one has to bathe in it. I dated lawyers and my husband was a golf professional. I know the drill.
When I am out at the clubs in downtown Chicago or banquet halls/lounges in the suburbs, I tend to not look down. Maybe it's because I am short, too busy trying to make eye contact and always looking up?
I'll look at other women's shoes once in a while and think 'wow I want that pair'. But not a man's shoes. I am pretty sure only another man will compliment you on your shoes. If a guy walks by, I find him remotely attractive, he smells good and makes eye contact with me, that gives me a way to approach him and start up a conversation. That's if I am out on the hunt.... But usually I am in jeans and tshirt at a sports bar doing it, where the guys are equally dressed up in jeans and tshirts with either the cubs, bears, blackhawks jersey or white sox shirt and there's some sort of game on. I'll stick to being a 2. At least I've got a personality going for me.Ahh.. nice to know..

Dont get me wrong.. im not looking for the high maintenance type. Just like ones with a goal and can take care of themselves.
Jeans, black bra, and white tank is always a sexy look in my book.
Guys really dont compliment other guys. But i do know these over priced handbags and shoes are for status of women for other women. Guys couldnt give a s**t (nor probably tell) a no name bag or a 1200.00 bag. Same with shoes. Guys dont look at that crap.
I dont speak for all men out there. But i tend to look at the details. How she takes care of herself. Does her hair look professionally done, are the nails simple or over the top.. these details tell alot about the person.
Now miami beach is full of tourists mixed with stuffy snotty women.. theres other places in miami and ft lauderdale which normal people go.
