Windows, radio, locks stopped working

No clue what happened, randomly the power windows, power locks and aftermarket head unit all stopped working... Any help??

7.5a Radio fuse is good, 40a power window fuse looks good but I couldn't really tell

Looks and "are good" can be 2 different things. Test the fuses with a tester for continuity on both ends. If in doubt just replace them, fuses are cheap.

Who wired the radio? Which fuse circuit is it getting its keyed power from? What wire is the main 12v constant run to? Radio and windows don't usually go together in the wiring schematics but anything goes when people wire up stereos, especially if they don't know how to do it properly and just tap into what ever power wire they can find under the dash or in the fuse panel.
