the ones that you see that dont have intake pipes are running individual throttle bodies and an intake is not needed for that.

Throttle bodies huh....wonder what a setup like that would cost, is it practical road wise? every day driving I mean?

Toda Racing makes individual throttle bodies and i believe they are pretty pricey. As far as daily driving goes it probably wouldnt be a good idea. But thats just my opinion.

probably wouldnt be a good idea. with all the dust and stuff thats in the air that ur filter usually captures. people that i know that have them, like on the green eg that i posted earlier, its more of a drag car or a car that isnt driven much.

Yea thats what I figured, if they are running individual throttle bodies they are not road driven cars, and if they are they are just driven to and from where ever they are going that day. Well I think I am going to begin wire tucking and smoothing my engine bay this winter so I will let you guys know how it goes. Ill post lots of pictures.

the guy with the grren hatch doesnt even have a hood that fits his car because he has the long block. he takes it out for some meets and just to run it but thats about it. it never sees rain and not even wet pavement usually.
douggie- you keeping the d or are you doing a swap and then tucking and shaving?

The cost for the product is not bad...the tuning is the b***h..it is very hard to tune them. They do not really yeld good gains oppossed to F/I. but it sounds so good. :thumbs up

Define Longblock in this sentance because it doesnt make sence to me, pardon my ignorance but isnt a long block a block w/ a head? and shortblock is just the block? im not trying to start s**t here just curious...
